Handbuilt in Britain, From Chassis to Finished Vehicle

Once you have entrusted us with your order and the deposit has been received, the production process starts. During this phase, we ensure that no empty steps are taken in the assembly of your vehicle. Aluminium profiles are laser cut and formed into components for the chassis and body panels. These are then carefully assembled by hand using a combination of rivets and welding, effectively eliminating any placeholder components that might compromise quality. The next step involves our paint shop, where the chassis is powder coated for durability, and the body panels are sprayed to an automotive standard following a meticulous three-part process. After this, the vehicle is hand assembled by our skilled technicians. Once testing and commissioning are complete, the vehicle is securely shipped to its new owner in a wooden crate, ready for use.
