Handbuilt in Britain, From Chassis to Finished Vehicle

Once you have entrusted us with your order and the deposit has been received, the production process starts.

Aluminium profiles are laser cut and formed into components for the chassis and body panels. These are then assembled by hand using a combination of rivets and welding.

The next step is the paint shop, the chassis is powder coated for durability, and the body panels are sprayed to an automotive standard using a three part process.

The vehicle is then hand assembled by our skilled technicians.

Once testing and commissioning is complete the vehicle is shipped to its new owner in a secure wooden crate.
